Ken Glenn's Trout Guiding
Prime Trophy Trout Fishing!
Kentucky’s Cumberland River Tailwaters, in South-Central Kentucky, are largely undiscovered and may provide the best Rainbow and Brown Trout fishing east of the Mississippi River.
The Cumberland River flows from the mountains of Eastern Kentucky into Lake Cumberland. The Tailwaters exit through Wolf Creek Dam. These Tailwaters are very clear and cold, which are ideal conditions to support trout for 60-70 miles downriver all year. The Cumberland River is extremely scenic as it flows through miles upon miles of undeveloped river valleys.
The Cumberland River is loaded with Trophy Rainbow and Brown Trout. Spin Fishing and Fly Fishing is excellent all year. Fishing pressure is light because of limited access points, low water conditions and limited media exposure.
Your guide, Ken Glenn, has over 35 years trout fishing experience. He has been fishing the Cumberland River for over 16 years. His unique techniques have allowed Ken and his customers to catch hundreds of Kentucky Trophy Trout. Ken is a United States Coast Guard Licensed Charter Boat Captain.
KEN GLENN'S TROUT GUIDING provides float and wading trips for the Spin and Fly Fishing anglers. His 20-foot River Pro Jet Boat allows room for comfortable fishing and provides access to all the great low water areas. Entry and exit points are around and near Burkesville, KY.
Ken recently added Guiding for White Bass in the spring. Also added Casting, Spinning and Flyfishing for Striper (Rockfish) during the summer months.
